Sell Zones

They expose where the large players unload into buyer liquidity — so you know where to exit and where the wave turns.

SELL — The primary sell zone with its two levels, SELL and BEST ENTRY

The algorithmic generation mechanism:

This zone never appears at random. It runs on conditional triggering: the indicator is cleared to start calculating the moment a Purple Candle (PC) is detected, then applies high-precision equations to liquidity and volume levels, producing a two-level structure:

1. The SELL level (lower band):

  • the gateway to a fast momentum run and the sellers’ safety valve
  • a close inside it confirms stable liquidity and selling strength ✅
  • a decisive close below the Low releases strong selling momentum toward the lower targets 📉

2. The BEST ENTRY level (upper band):

  • the ideal top and the smart-money area (Deep Premium Level) for the best short with the best risk-to-reward ratio
  • From the indicator’s testing: a close inside it sharply reduces the chance of reclaiming the SELL level ⚠️

Timeframe interlock and shared liquidity rules (Multi-Timeframe Logic):

• The convergence rule (Convergence):
The basic and safest condition for a valid trend is that the lower timeframe’s sell zone must not rise above the higher timeframe’s. Perfect convergence occurs when the lower frame’s top falls either within the midpoint band of the higher frame’s zone or blends smoothly into that zone’s own top — confirming consistent liquidity and strong shared resistance.

• The volume-divergence and manipulation rule (Volume Divergence & Manipulation):
If the opposite happens and the lower frame’s sell-zone top rises above the higher frame’s, that is a dangerous volume divergence and contradiction, indicating the market is under institutional manipulation. In that scenario the algorithm imposes exceptional execution rules:

  • 1. Entry tactic: take the short straight from the lower timeframe’s zone to capture the fast drop.
  • 2. Trade management and watching the higher-timeframe wall: When price drops into the broken higher-frame zone, the indicator’s behaviour is watched closely for one of two outcomes:
  • a. The bearish scenario (hold the short): if the higher-frame zone keeps its bearish bias and no buy signals appear, hold the short as normal and take profit at the lower SELL targets.
  • b. The structural-reversal scenario (Flip Buy): if the higher-frame zone turns into a buy zone, exit the short immediately and in full at that wall — liquidity has turned against you in the buyers’ favour.

General trade-management rules:

🎯 The smart entry tactic: if the candle closes inside the upper BEST ENTRY, step out of the short and wait until price regains its bearish bias and breaks the SELL zone with a decisive close below it before riding the drop safely.

📈 The Yellow Candle scenario (YC Counter-Attack):

  • 1. If the candle closing inside BEST ENTRY is itself a Yellow Candle (YC), the short is extremely high-risk — wait for its own Premium zone to form before any decision
  • 2. If sellers absorb the liquidity and price reclaims the SELL zone with a decisive close below it, the Discount zone of that Yellow Candle becomes the primary take-profit target — price will drive into it to flush out the buyers trapped above 🎯

STRONG SELL — Strong distribution zone

The strong sell-zone system (STRONG SELL ZONE) | the strong distribution zone

This zone is the sellers’ impregnable fortress and by far the strongest short area in the algorithm. It appears on the chart only when smart-money flows and heavy distribution volume converge and fuse at the highs.

Internal structure and how it reacts to closes:

Geometrically it splits into two main levels that follow the same strict close logic as the ordinary sell zone, but with stronger downside rejection:

  • The SELL level (lower price band): a close inside it is excellent and confirms stable selling strength and bearish pressure; a close below its Low favours a fast drop against weak support 📉
  • The STRONG SELL level (upper price band): This is the ideal high for smart money to distribute at the best price. From the indicator’s testing, a close inside it reclaims the lower band’s Low far more easily ⚠️, and it usually drops fast on the downward institutional thrust concentrated here.

The zone’s dynamic movement (Dynamic Movement):

The STRONG SELL zone is mobile and dynamic: it reacts to market movement in real time and exposes price’s true intent:

  • Drifting higher: buying pressure keeps flowing, the bulls are in control and upward pressure persists.
  • Drifting lower: a clear sign that buyer momentum is falling and beginning to recede, raising the odds of a near-term drop and reversal.
  • Holding steady (neither up nor down): a strong sign that price is in a tight sideways range (consolidation) and waiting — the true coming trend has not shown itself yet.

Timeframe interlock: convergence versus manipulation:

To keep the sell signal precise, the algorithm enforces a strict multi-timeframe linkage standard:

  • The convergence rule (Convergence): Everything must line up: the lower timeframe’s STRONG SELL top has to fall within the midpoint band of the higher timeframe’s STRONG SELL zone. That price fusion confirms the trend is valid and the shared resistance is strong.
  • The volume-divergence rule (Volume Divergence): If the opposite happens, volume diverges between the timeframes. That separation is a serious warning that the market is under institutional manipulation, and the algorithm then drops the zone’s validity: price will respect neither the lower nor the higher timeframe, and the environment becomes extremely dangerous.

Break mechanics and structural force balance (Market Force Equilibrium):

Because this zone is a concrete institutional selling wall, the algorithm imposes two strict rules for breaking its bearish hold:

  • 1. Higher-timeframe supremacy (Timeframe Supremacy): Ordinary technical moves cannot break this zone. Only buying pressure from a higher timeframe (at least twice as large) can — then the larger timeframe’s momentum prevails and is cleared to break through the upper selling wall.

2. The yellow Strong Discount candle (an equal match): The only force that matches it and can break through — even from its own timeframe — is a pivotal yellow candle of the Strong Discount type. That candle is a massive institutional liquidity injection and buying wave, an exact counterweight to STRONG SELL; the moment it appears the zone’s safety is void and the short becomes a very dangerous trade.

FLIP SELL — Structural flip from buy to sell

The sell-flip zone system (FLIP SELL ZONE) | reverse liquidity role swap

This zone is a smart algorithmic mechanism for detecting a reverse resistance/support flip. It forms when sellers break a major buy zone and close below it, turning that former buying wall magnetically into an exceptionally strong selling resistance that market makers target for an upward retest before the decline resumes.

Internal structure and how it reacts to closes:

The zone splits into two main levels that set the strength of the bounce after the flip:

  • The FLIP SELL level (lower price band): a close inside it, or below its Low after the break, is strong evidence that the flip succeeded and sellers are holding — and a sign of an accelerating, powerful decline 📉
  • The BEST ENTRY level (upper price band): the ideal entry high and the depth of the former support for a deep upward retest. From the indicator’s testing, a close inside it reclaims the lower band’s Low far more easily ⚠️ — the resistance liquidity generated here pulls price down quickly to complete the bearish path.

Total-failure mechanics and structural invalidation (Comprehensive Invalidation Rules):

The algorithm applies three filters that void the FLIP SELL immediately:

  • 1. Higher-timeframe supremacy (Timeframe Supremacy): The zone fails if price meets buying pressure from a higher timeframe (at least twice as large).
  • 2. A STRONG BUY wall sweeping in: If a STRONG BUY zone forms on the same timeframe nearby, it is far stronger and structurally superior, being the peak of institutional accumulation — its appearance completely cancels the FLIP SELL.
  • 3. A new buy zone being generated (New Bullish Zone): The moment the indicator draws a new buy zone, the FLIP SELL is automatically void — a fresh zone means the market maker has begun pumping new buying liquidity that has redrawn the trend map.
