These independent dynamic lines are the backbone of the indicator and your decisive strategic weapon. They are built programmatically on complex mathematical equations combining trading volume (Volume) with the volume-weighted average price (VWAP). These lines act as a liquidity radar that exposes price-equilibrium levels and accumulation and distribution areas with high precision.
First: colour coding and structural scenarios
- Green / red lines: pivot baseline of your current timeframe
- Blue / yellow lines: pivot baseline of the custom timeframe
📊 Scenarios:
- All lines blue: overwhelming buying momentum (Aggressive Bullish Momentum) 🔵
- All lines yellow: very strong selling momentum (Aggressive Bearish Momentum) 🟡
- Blue and yellow converging: a liquidity accumulation phase — tighten your targets and wait for the price breakout ⚡️
Second: the programmatic labels (CP / CN)
- CP (Close Positive): the candle closed above the line — positive momentum ✅
- CN (Close Negative): the candle closed below the line — sustained downward pressure ⬇️
A line flipping from CN to CP is immediate confirmation that upside odds and upward thrust have increased.
Third: how price interacts with the lines
- The repelling wall: in an uptrend that pulls back, the line acts as an impenetrable wall that pushes price back up the moment it is touched
- The magnet effect: once the line breaks and turns CN, it pulls price back down on any upward bounce
💡 The golden opportunity — catching the retest: if price bounces up into the line while institutional sell zones sit there, that is an exceptional, high-probability short 🎯
Fourth: filtering and confluence rules
- In an uptrend: if a Discount YC appears but the custom-timeframe line is CN yellow — wait for it to turn CP before entering
- In a downtrend: if a sell signal appears but the pivot baseline is still CP — wait for it to turn CN before selling
